Get Started With This Template

Step 1: Download the File

Enter your email and click the submit button to get the .json file:

Save it somewhere on your computer where you can easily find it later.

Step 2: Upload the Form to ServiceTitan

Log into your ServiceTitan account.
In the navigation menu, go to:
Settings → Forms
Click the Import button (top-right).
