Install Package System QA Checklist

Get Started With This Template
Step 1: Download the File
Enter your email and click the submit button to get the .json
file:
File Name: Install Package System QA Check List (The WRKBNCH).json
Save it somewhere on your computer where you can easily find it later.
Step 2: Upload the Form to ServiceTitan
Log into your ServiceTitan account.
In the navigation menu, go to:
Settings → FormsClick the Import button (top-right).
Select the downloaded JSON file (Install Package System QA Check List (The WRKBNCH).json) from your computer.
Click Upload.
