Step 1: Download the File

1. Enter your email and click the submit button to get the .json file:

   • File Name: Home Safety Inspection Form (The WRKBNCH).json

2. Save it to a location on your computer where you can easily find it later.

Step 2: Upload the Form to ServiceTitan

1. Log into your ServiceTitan account.

2. In the navigation menu, go to:
   Settings → Forms

3. Click the “Import” button (top-right).

4. Choose the downloaded JSON file (Home Safety Inspection Form (The WRKBNCH).json) from your computer.

5. Click Upload.

ServiceTitan will automatically populate the form structure—including all fields, dropdowns, photos, and signature requirements.

Step 3: Customize the Form (Optional)

• Modify dropdown options or field names:
  Click into any field (e.g., “Reason for today's visit” or “System Type”) and edit the choices to match your service offerings.

• Make certain fields optional or required:
  You can change the "Required" setting for any field based on your team's workflow.

Step 4: Deploy It to Your Technicians

Once uploaded:

• This form will be available on mobile and desktop.

• Techs can fill it out on-site during jobs or inspections.

• All photos, notes, and signatures will be saved with the job record.
